There has been an exciting resurgence of eclectic condos springing from old buildings and warehouses. In short, this is where it is happening over the next few years!

Currently there is a mammoth multi-billion dollar project that incorporates adding 800 new condos in an effort to attract new energy and life back into the city (take the tour here).  The plan also incorporates open "green spaces" with City Creek (long lost in underground culverts) brought back to the surface to add additional serenity to the city.


Most of the new condos associated with the Downtown Rising Project will come online next year. However, there are still many existing condos for sale that are likely to rise in value on the coat tails of this project.
